Step 1:
Get a medical document
Canada House Clinics are experts in cannabis therapy, helping Canadians access medical cannabis to treat their health conditions.
We employ a variety of methods to help you in your healing process. Whether it be paperwork for VAC benefits, Disability Tax Credit assistance, or an overall head-to-toe assessment, we have a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs.
These are an important step beyond the prescription of Canada House taxes to aid our patients in their quest to achieve optimal health and wellness.
Have your healthcare provider or one of our clinic partners submit the required medical document to us by fax to 1-905-492-8420.
Step 2:
Create an Abba Medix ACCOUNT
Fill out our simple application form to set up your account. If you’ve chosen to work with our partners at Canada House Clinics, they will complete this step for you.
Step 3:
Account Approval
Stand by for notification that your account is approved — usually within one business day of receiving your documents.
