For Optimal Use Follow the Below Steps:
• Remove the cap.
• Shake vigorously for 3-5 seconds.
• Immediately after shaking, exhale, then place lips around the mouthpiece with your chin tilted upwards.
• Begin inhaling first, then press down on the cannister to release product while continuing to inhale.
• Hold in for 5-10 seconds before exhaling. Wait to feel the effects before determining whether to take another dose.
